1. Agreement to Terms
By checking the box during checkout or completing your purchase, you (“Customer”) agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) governing the purchase and use of digital products from Pixel Growth Labs LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the purchase.

2. Digital Products & License
2.1. We grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the digital product(s) for your personal or business purposes, unless otherwise stated.
2.2. You may not resell, distribute, share, sublicense, or otherwise make the product available to third parties.
2.3. Unauthorized use or sharing may result in immediate termination of access.

3. Delivery & Access
3.1. Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link or access instructions instantly.
3.2. Unless explicitly stated, links remain valid for 7 days; replacement links are at our discretion.
3.3. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access if Terms are violated by fraud, chargebacks, or unauthorized sharing.

4. Payment & Fees
4.1. Pricing is as listed at checkout. Payment is processed by our secure provider.
4.2. If payment fails and access has already been granted, we may revoke access until full payment is received.

5. No Refunds
Due to the instant, downloadable nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds or returns will be issued. By purchasing, you explicitly accept this.

6. Ownership & Copyright
All IP rights remain with Pixel Growth Labs LLC, except where expressly transferred. You do not acquire ownership—only a limited license to use.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
7.1. Products are provided “as‑is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement.
7.2. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the product.
7.3. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price you paid.

8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims or demands, including legal fees, arising from your violation of these Terms.

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, for any breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Sheridan.

11. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on our website applies to future purchases. Continuing to purchase after updates means you agree to the new Terms.
